What is in a full groom
A full groom is the works: your dog goes home clean, comfortable and with a fresh haircut. Tell us the look you like, show us a photo, or ask what would suit their coat.
- A bath with a shampoo to suit their coat and skin
- A blow dry and a full brush out, knots and all
- A haircut in the style you choose
- Nails clipped, ears cleaned, paw pads and hygiene areas tidied
Bath and brush, for short and long coats
For dogs who do not need a haircut, or to keep a longer coat in good order between full grooms. It is also a gentle first visit for a puppy or a nervous dog.
- A bath and a thorough dry
- A full brush through and de-shed, to lift out the loose undercoat
- Nails clipped and ears cleaned

Questions about prices
I am not sure which size my dog is.
Pick the size you think is closest. If your dog is in between, choose the larger one, or send us a message and we will tell you.
My dog's coat is very matted. What happens?
Mats are uncomfortable and brushing out a heavy one hurts, so the kindest thing is often to clip the coat short and let it grow back. We will talk to you about it first, and about any extra time it takes.
How often should my dog be groomed?
It depends on the coat. Our guide to how often to book a groom goes through each type.
